Experience : 6 - 10 Years

Required Technical Skills :

- Databricks (Data Engineering, SQL Warehouses, Delta Tables, Data Validation)

- Python (Pandas, Automation, Data Processing, Reporting Solutions)

- SQL (Advanced querying, optimization, joins, window functions, RCA)

- Tableau (Dashboard development, performance tuning, LODs, calculations, storytelling)

- Alteryx (Workflow development, automation, ETL, macros)

- Data Analytics & Reporting (KPI design, trend analysis, executive reporting)

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and data issue troubleshooting

- Data Quality & Validation frameworks

- Exposure to Power Automate, APIs, and workflow automation is a plus

- Understanding of healthcare/insurance data is preferred but not mandatory.

- Good Understanding of AI Concepts and good to have development and deployment hands on experience.
