Location - Chennai

Focus :

- Design and implement integration patterns across SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Enable event-driven communication for real-time processes.

Key Knowledge :

- SAP BTP, IBP services (CPI, Event Mesh).

- API-first and event-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the functional architecture of SAP ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and enterprise strategy.

- Drive global SAP rollouts, ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance across regions.

- Define and validate target architectures and transformation roadmaps in collaboration with Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects.

- Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Ensure integration across SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, FICO) and with external systems using SAP BTP and CPI.

- Promote reuse of components and decoupling strategies to enhance agility and maintainability.

- Support the development of SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and ensure alignment with user experience standards.

- Maintain architectural documentation and contribute to the enterprise repository.

- Participate in architecture governance committees and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.

- Mentor project teams and contribute to the architecture community through knowledge sharing and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in SAP ERP modules : SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, FICO and their integrations.

- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and collaborative architecture processes.

- Experience in international projects with cross-cultural team collaboration.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP architecture and implementation.

Preferred Attributes :

- Familiarity with architectural modeling tools (e., BPMN, UML).

- Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Ability to manage complexity and adapt to evolving regulatory and business environments.

- Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies (AI, IoT, etc
