Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Lead to drive the implementation, configuration, environment readiness, release management, and technical coordination of enterprise Reltio MDM solutions.

The role will work closely with data, integration, testing, governance, business, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery and stable operation of Reltio MDM implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Reltio MDM solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

- Manage Reltio tenant setup, environment readiness, configuration, deployment, and release activities.

- Design and maintain Reltio data models, entities, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies based on business requirements.

- Configure and optimize match and merge rules, survivorship strategies, cleansing, validation, and data quality rules.

- Configure and support Reltio workflows, UI, APIs, and data-loading processes.

- Coordinate data onboarding, migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.

- Work with integration teams to design and support Reltio APIs and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.

- Coordinate with data governance teams to implement master data standards, governance policies, and data quality controls.

- Plan and coordinate testing, defect resolution, deployment, release management, and production readiness activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration, integration, data, and environment-related issues.

- Coordinate across technical and business teams to track dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery timelines.

- Conduct technical discussions, configuration reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions with development and implementation teams.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, configuration specifications, and operational runbooks.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Reltio developers and team members.

- Support production stabilization and continuous improvement of the Reltio MDM platform.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM implementations and platform administration.

- Strong knowledge of Reltio data modelling, match and merge, survivorship, workflows, data quality, and configuration management.

- Experience with Reltio tenant setup, environment management, configuration lifecycle, deployments, and release management.

- Hands-on experience with Reltio APIs, data loading, integrations, and UI configuration.

- Good understanding of MDM concepts, master data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.

- Experience coordinating data migration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex MDM issues.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with business, technical, integration, data governance, and testing teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with enterprise-scale Reltio MDM implementations.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, ETL/data integration, and cloud platforms.

- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and release management processes.

- Reltio certification is an advantage.
