Reltio MDM Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Reltio MDM solutions to meet business and technical requirements.

- Configure entities, relationships, survivorship rules, match & merge logic, workflows, and data quality rules in Reltio.

- Integrate Reltio MDM with enterprise systems via APIs and data pipelines.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure smooth data onboarding and model design.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM processing and data flow.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts.

- Support performance tuning, version upgrades, and system optimization activities.

- Adhere to data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and MDM principles.

- Experience with JSON, REST APIs, Reltio Data Loader, and Reltio Console.

- Hands-on experience in configuring survivorship rules, match/merge rules, workflow, and crosswalks.

- Proficiency in data integration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Exposure to other MDM platforms/tools
