About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Reltio Integration Hub Developer to join our data integration team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions between the Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) platform and a variety of enterprise systems. You will use tools such as Reltio Integration Hub, APIs, and CDI/IDMC platforms to deliver seamless and high-quality data flows that power critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust integration solutions using Reltio Integration Hub

- Build and manage batch and real-time data pipelines, connectors, mappings, and workflow automations

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and validate integration requirements

- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and data accuracy

- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems through automated validation processes

- Maintain clear documentation of integration configurations, workflows, and processes

- Support integration and user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3 - 8 years of hands-on experience working with Reltio MDM and Reltio Integration Hub

- Proven expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines (batch/real-time)

- Proficiency with Customer Data Integration (CDI) tools and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

- Experience in integration of master data systems with enterprise applications

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Python programming

- Familiarity with cloud-native integration patterns and REST APIs

- Exposure to data governance, data quality, or MDM-related best practices

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience.
