Reliance Infrastructure - Workday Solution Architect - HCM Module

We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions within the Workday platform. This role involves leading strategic enhancements across Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and HCM, ensuring integration with enterprise systems, and aligning technology solutions to business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect & Design : Develop scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise-level solutions within the Workday environment.

- System Optimization : Enhance and optimize Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and HCM modules.

- Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise systems while maintaining data consistency and security.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with Business Product Owners, IT Product Managers, Technical Architects, Compliance teams, and development/support teams.

- Requirement Analysis : Gather and evaluate business requirements to design end-to-end Workday-based solution architectures.

- Technology Leadership : Provide expert guidance on Workday configuration, customization, and best practices.

- Governance & Standards : Define technical requirements, create epics/user stories, and enforce adherence to architectural and coding standards.

- Innovation & Trends : Monitor Workday updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies for potential adoption.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

- Minimum 9 years of IT experience with 4+ years in Workday architecture.

- Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.

- Strong knowledge of Workdays security framework, business process configuration, and integration best practices.

- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.

- Workday certifications required.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
