Reliance Infrastructure - VisionPLUS Developer - Credit Card Processing System

We are seeking an experienced VisionPLUS Developer with strong expertise in credit card processing systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of VisionPLUS modules, mainframe systems, and proven experience in delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications in the VisionPLUS product suite within the credit card processing domain.

- Work extensively on CMS and FAS modules with strong knowledge of VisionPLUS online architecture.

- Troubleshoot and resolve online issues efficiently and provide root cause analysis.

- Utilize VMx / WNGSFM platforms for system operations and development tasks.

- Work with CICS in an online transaction processing environment.

- Manage software changes using z/OS Software Change Management tools such as Endevor and Changeman.

- Design and develop solutions for medium complexity problems ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a DevOps & Agile delivery model.

- Prepare technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-12 years of core development experience in VisionPLUS within the credit card processing domain.

- Proficiency in CMS and FAS modules.

- Hands-on experience with VMx / WNGSFM.

- Strong knowledge of CICS and VisionPLUS online architecture.

- Proficiency in Endevor and Changeman for change management.

- Experience in designing, coding, and implementing medium complexity solutions.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
