Reliance Infrastructure - NetSuite & OneSource Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite & OneSource Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between finance/tax teams and technical teams, ensuring seamless ERP and tax configuration operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP and OneSource tax solutions, with strong business process analysis skills and the ability to drive enhancements, testing, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary liaison between finance/tax stakeholders and technical teams for NetSuite and OneSource.

- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation.

- Configure and validate tax rules, jurisdictions, and rates within OneSource (Indirect Tax focus).

- Collaborate on tax determination logic to ensure accurate transaction tax postings in NetSuite.

- Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution for ERP and tax-related processes.

- Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams and translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

- Provide regular project status updates and coordinate across impacted business units.

- Support finance operations during critical periods such as month-end and quarter-end closes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.

- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP (Finance, Procurement, Order-to-Cash).

- 2+ years of experience with OneSource (Indirect Tax preferred).

- Strong understanding of tax configuration, compliance, and ERP integrations.

- Experience with SuiteTax or SuiteTax API in NetSuite.

- Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa (preferred).

- Skilled in data mapping, system integrations, and process documentation.

- Experience in ERP/tax system implementation or upgrades.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team environment.
