Certified Infor CloudSuite Consultant for O2C, P2P, CLM & Finance Processes.

Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations, including discovery, design, integration, process automation, data conversion, and go-live.

Any Location Remote is ok but if in Bangalore its helpful for Offshore resource.

Key Responsibilities :

- ERP Implementation & Delivery Lead and execute full-cycle Infor CloudSuite implementations, including discovery, fit-gap analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support.

- Configure and customize Infor CloudSuite modules to support O2C, P2P, CLM, and Finance business processes.

- Drive process standardization, optimization, and automation using Infor best practices.

Business Process & Solution Design :

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Design scalable and compliant ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs.

- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), solution blueprints, and configuration documentation.

- Integration & Data Management Lead and support system integrations between Infor CloudSuite and third-party applications (CRM, WMS, banking, tax, reporting tools).

- Oversee data migration and conversion, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Testing, Go-Live & Support Plan and execute system testing phases including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and performance testing.

- Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare activities. Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.

- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Infor CloudSuite modules. Mentor junior consultants and offshore team members.

- Coordinate with global onshore/offshore teams; Bangalore-based resources preferred for offshore alignment.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Core Skills Certified Infor CloudSuite Consultant (mandatory)

- Strong functional expertise in O2C, P2P, CLM, and Finance modules Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations Strong understanding of ERP integrations, workflows, and process automation

- Technical & Functional Skills Experience with Infor ION, M3, LN, or CloudSuite Financials

- Knowledge of API-based integrations and middleware

- Hands-on experience with data migration and reporting

- Familiarity with compliance, audit, and financial controls Soft Skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field Infor CloudSuite certification(s)

- Mandatory ERP or finance-related certifications (CPA, CMA, PMP) are a plus
