Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API applications.

- Leverage AI-driven testing tools and techniques to optimize test creation, execution, and maintenance.

- Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.

- Build and execute API automation using REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

- Implement AI-based test optimization, self-healing scripts, intelligent test selection, and predictive analytics.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

- Continuously improve testing processes, automation coverage, and quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in QA Automation.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.

- API Testing (REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI).

- AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Copilot, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Tricentis, ACCELQ, or similar).

- TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.

- SQL and database validation.

- Git, Maven/Gradle.

- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

- Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good to Have:

- Experience with GenAI or LLM-based testing solutions.

- Performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Docker and Kubernetes.

- BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
