Key Responsibilities :


- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Redwood solutions in production environments.

- Monitor job execution and analyze performance metrics to identify and resolve scheduling issues.

- Troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure system reliability.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to understand automation needs and translate them into effective Redwood workflows.

- Implement and maintain data integrity, access control, and security best practices across job scheduling environments.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configurations, operational processes, and troubleshooting guides.

- Stay current with Redwood features, product updates, and industry best practices, recommending enhancements where applicable.

Requirements & Qualifications :


- Overall Experience : 5 - 7 years in IT operations or automation roles.

- Redwood Experience : Minimum 3 years as a Redwood Administrator or in a comparable workload automation position.

- Strong understanding of job scheduling, workload automation concepts, and Redwood tools.

- Experience integrating Redwood with ERP systems, databases, and cloud platforms.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for resolving complex technical issues.

- Proven experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Attributes :


- Familiarity with cloud-based automation and DevOps principles.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments with complex job scheduling dependencies.

- Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, or Python) for automation support.
