- Lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.

- Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build a product execution and delivery road-map.

- Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

- Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.

- Work along with Product Teams to deliver the product features on a regular basis.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels.

- Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.

- Proven ability in unearthing and managing risks in the program.

- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.

- Technical knowledge to embark the team on the right solution.

Requirements :

- Strong Technical Program Management leadership experience, including 6+ years leading multiple complex technical projects.

- Technical knowledge on how Mobile Applications work.

- Basic understanding of System Architecture (different components of the system).

- Good knowledge of JIRA/ Confluence/ Bit Bucket & other monitoring & planning tools.

- Excellent hold on Program Management aspects.

Good To Have :

- QA or DEV background, Coding knowledge, Program Management / Scrum certifications.
