Redian Software - Team Lead - Mobile App Development

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers working on iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) applications.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications that meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Define technical standards, code quality guidelines, and best practices for mobile development.

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and optimize application performance.

- Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and track team progress using Agile methodologies.

- Oversee app deployment and release management in App Store and Google Play Store.

- Identify and troubleshoot bugs, performance bottlenecks, and ensure timely resolution.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs and third-party services.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 47 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or senior role.

- Strong proficiency in Swift/Objective-C for iOS and/or Kotlin/Java for Android.

- Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is a plus.

- Deep understanding of mobile app architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and working with backend teams.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration tools.

- Solid knowledge of mobile app security best practices and performance optimization.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Experience publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with mobile testing frameworks and automation tools.

- Knowledge of push notifications, in-app purchases, and analytics integration.

- Familiarity with cloud services like Firebase, AWS Mobile, or Azure Mobile Services.

- Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams
