Redian Software - Team Lead - MEAN/MERN Stack Development

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers working on MEAN or MERN stack technologies.

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular/React.js, and Node.js.

- Take ownership of technical architecture and ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and maintainability.

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software.

- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.

- Define development timelines, task allocation, and sprint planning in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across platforms.

- Ensure proper integration of third-party APIs and data sources.

- Maintain technical documentation and assist with deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 47 years of hands-on development experience with MEAN or MERN stack.

- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript (for Angular), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API development.

- Strong back-end development skills using Node.js and Express.js.

- Experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases).

- Solid understanding of React.js or Angular (2+ versions) for front-end development.

- Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux (for React) or NgRx (for Angular).

- Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor a development team.

- Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and GraphQL.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Prior experience in leading remote or hybrid teams is a plus
