The Lead Engineer will guide the team, ensure best coding practices, and deliver enterprise-grade web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of web applications using MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stacks.

- Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend and backend components.

- Design database schemas, queries, and optimizations (MongoDB + relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL).

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL for web/mobile applications.

- Ensure responsive UI/UX implementation in collaboration with designers.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the stack.

- Perform code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing with the team.

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements :

- 610 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.

- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and either Angular or React.

- Proven experience in database design, indexing, query optimization, and handling large datasets (MongoDB + SQL).

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication & authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).

- Solid understanding of frontend frameworks (Angular/React) with responsive UI implementation.

- Strong knowledge of application architecture, MVC patterns, and microservices.

- Experience with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with cloud-hosted applications (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills.

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
