Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and build comprehensive test strategies.

- Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, RestAssured, etc.

- Drive CI/CD integration for automated test execution using platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Monitor and report test results, track defects, and support teams in root cause analysis and resolution.

- Mentor and guide junior QA team members and ensure adherence to testing best practices.

- Contribute to performance, regression, and integration testing efforts.

- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and documentation to ensure high-quality

releases.

- Take ownership of release readiness, test coverage, and overall product quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4- 7 years of hands-on experience in test automation, including a minimum of 12 years in a QA lead or senior QA role.

- Strong proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, or similar.

- Experience in writing test scripts using Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Good understanding of API testing, web services, and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or JIRA.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to cloud-based test platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).

- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).

- ISTQB or similar certification is a plus
