- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Odoo modules and applications across different business functions (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within the Odoo framework.

- Customize standard Odoo modules and create new modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

- Develop and integrate Odoo with third-party systems via RESTful APIs and web services.

- Optimize database queries and Odoo performance for high-traffic environments.

- Oversee Odoo upgrades, version migrations, and maintenance of existing systems.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices.

- Write technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo issues in a timely manner, including bug fixing and support.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with business and security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4- 7 years of experience in Odoo development, customization, and implementation.

- Proficiency in Python and experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

- Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, views, models, workflows, and security rules.

- Experience with Odoo.sh, Git-based deployment, and Linux environments.

- Hands-on experience in Odoo integrations with external systems such as payment gateways, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, etc.

- Good understanding of various business processes (e., finance, supply chain, HR) and how they map to Odoo modules.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Odoo Enterprise edition.

- Exposure to front-end development (HTML/CSS, Bootstrap) for UI customizations.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Odoo certification(s) preferred
