Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain RH OCP clusters for enterprise apps

- Install, upgrade & manage OCP clusters and operators

- Configure quay registry, DNS, ingress, HA proxy, storage & secrets

- Manage user permissions, roles, role bindings, quotas, and resource utilization

- Implement backup, restore, and monitoring strategies for OCP environments

- Troubleshoot OCP issues, optimize performance & ensure high availability

- Collaborate with DevOps, Unix & Development teams for deployment support

- Support 247 critical operations with proactive monitoring & incident resolution

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in RedHat OCP design, deployment & troubleshooting

- Deep knowledge of container networking, pod scheduling, resource allocation

- Hands-on with MachineConfig, Secrets, persistent storage, affinity/anti-affinity rules

- Problem-solving & analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
