Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer (Automation) with strong expertise in Selenium.

You will design, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and ensure high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks.

- Create and execute automated test scripts.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.

- Collaborate with PMs, developers, and designers for requirement analysis.

- Log and track defects using QA tools.

- Optimize automation suites for performance and coverage.

- Participate in sprint planning and QA strategy improvements.

Skills & Competencies Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.

- Proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript for automation.

- Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, Git, CI/CD tools.

- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.

- Understanding of SQL and debugging tools.

Product & Business Skills :

- Ability to convert business workflows into detailed test scenarios.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and coordination.

- Ownership mindset and attention to detail.

Key Deliverables :

- Scalable, reusable automation scripts.

- High test coverage with detailed test reports.

- Timely identification and resolution of defects.

- Efficient QA processes and improved automation pipeline.

Preferred Profile :

- 4+ years of QA experience with strong Selenium automation.

- Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch.

- Exposure to B2C or large-scale applications.

- Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, and Agile QA practices.
