Role Summary :

- Lead full product lifecycle from concept to launch and scaling.

- Conduct user research, market studies, and funnel analysis.

- Create PRDs, BRDs, workflows, and wireframes.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams.

- Ensure technical feasibility discussions and API workflow alignment.

- Use analytics tools to measure impact and optimize performance.

- Contribute to AI/ML-driven product initiatives.

- Coordinate with QA for high-quality releases.

- Communicate updates and milestones to leadership.

Skills & Competencies :

- Proficiency in wireframing and documentation tools.

- Exposure to AI/ML and analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL).

Product & Business Skills :

- Ability to work across multiple product lines.

- Analytical problem-solving and prioritization.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Deliverables :

- High-quality PRDs, BRDs, and user journeys.

- Successful launches with measurable business impact.

- Data-backed performance reports.

- Innovation proposals for AI and customer experience.

- Alignment with business OKRs.

Preferred Profile :

- Mandatory recent experience in B2C/growth roles.

- Strong understanding of consumer-facing digital products.

- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Passion for healthcare innovation and technology.
