We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Head to lead high-impact digital initiatives focused on enhancing both in-store and online customer experiences. This role will manage the full product lifecycle - from ideation and launch to continuous optimization - while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Leadership :

- Lead multiple high-impact projects aimed at digitizing customer journeys and improving in-store and online experiences.

Product Development & Execution :

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product features and roadmaps.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Conduct product walkthroughs, sprint planning sessions, and regular status reviews to align development efforts with strategic goals.

- Continuously assess product performance using data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and user experiences.

Customer Insights & Research :

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to guide product prioritization and feature enhancements.

Data-Driven Optimization :

- Monitor product performance and leverage analytics to iteratively improve product accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Agile Methodologies :

- Implement Agile frameworks to enable efficient, iterative development and rapid adaptation to market changes.

Budget & Resource Management :

- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery within defined financial parameters.

- Oversee inventory management across locations, ensuring real-time stock accuracy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital products.

- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with product and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
