We are hiring for a leading global technology solutions company focused on AI, cloud, and enterprise transformation projects. The Red Hat AI Stack Engineer / Architect will be responsible for designing and managing AI & GenAI solutions on Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, working with Kubernetes, modern MLOps/GenAIOps practices, and scalable enterprise AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions on Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) and Red Hat AI Enterprise platforms.

- Build and manage AI/ML pipelines including data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and inference.

- Develop scalable GenAI architectures using Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Work on LLM/RAG-based solutions, inference optimization, GPU acceleration, and distributed AI workloads.

- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and platform teams to productionize AI use cases.

- Drive MLOps and GenAIOps best practices including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, observability, and performance tuning.

- Create reference architectures, PoCs, and reusable solution frameworks for enterprise AI adoption.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and hybrid cloud architectures.

- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) and enterprise AI platforms.

- Good understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI workflows including model training, fine-tuning, inference, and monitoring.

- Experience with Python or Go and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vLLM, agentic AI workflows, and inference optimization techniques.

- Experience with GPU optimization, distributed training, and large-scale AI deployments.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Strong understanding of MLOps/GenAIOps, observability, and scalable AI infrastructure.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
