Red Baton - Solution Architect - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect AI/ML & Data Engineering to lead the design and delivery of advanced data and AI/ML solutions for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end data architecture, AI lifecycle management, cloud technologies, and emerging Generative AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of end-to-end data pipelines including ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization.

- Architect scalable, secure, and compliant data systems following industry best practices.

- Guide data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

- Participate in pre-sales efforts: solution design, proposal creation, and client presentations.

- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI/ML, data platforms, and cloud services.

- Foster long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.

- Understand and architect across the full AI lifecyclefrom ingestion to inference and operations.

- Provide hands-on guidance for containerization and deployment using Kubernetes.

- Ensure proper implementation of data governance, modeling, and warehousing practices.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience as a Data Solution Architect or similar role.

- Deep technical expertise in data architecture, engineering, and AI/ML systems.

- Strong experience with Hadoop-based platforms, ideally Cloudera Data Platform or Data Fabric.

- Proven pre-sales experience: technical presentations, solutioning, and RFP support.

- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; also, AWS or GCP) and cloud-native data tools.

- Exposure to Generative AI frameworks and LLMs like OpenAI and Hugging Face.

- Experience in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE).

- Familiarity with data governance, data modeling, and large-scale data warehousing.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
