Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will work across frontend and backend layers, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security of applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Build scalable, reusable, and modular frontend components using React, Hooks, and state management libraries

- Develop RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js

- Optimize database schemas, queries, and indexes in MongoDB for performance and scalability

- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

- Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with best practices

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming

- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel)

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

Good to Have :

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes

- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability patterns
