We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate all internal technical programs across the organization.

This role will act as the central point of accountability for program execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between Product, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and Customer Success teams.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Agile methodologies and Jira, with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end program management for all internal initiatives, from inception and planning through execution, delivery, and retrospectives

- Define program scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders

- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies

- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, critical paths, and constraints across multiple concurrent projects

- Drive alignment and effective collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams

- Facilitate decision-making, proactively remove blockers, and resolve cross-team conflicts

- Track and report on program health, progress, budgets, risks, and key performance metrics to executive leadership

- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, continuously improving delivery processes and team efficiency

- Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes and delivery excellence

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven organization

- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and hands-on experience with Jira

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional technical programs

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Background working closely with engineering and technical teams

- Experience coordinating programs involving DevOps, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS platforms
