Real Time Data Services - Team Lead II - Full Stack Development

Job Responsibilities :


- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure RESTful APIs and web services.

- Drive technical discussions, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to clean code practices and architecture standards.

- Work hands-on with technologies including Node.js, Nest.js, React/Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (preferably MongoDB and MySQL).

- Ensure adherence to operational processes such as TAT for bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical incident protocols.

- Contribute to and enforce documentation standards across the development lifecycle.

- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure cloud readiness and performance optimization.

Required Skills :


- Understanding of frameworks like Next.js, Nest.js.

- Knowledge of SAST (eg SonarQube, Snyk etc), DAST (eg Checkmarks etc) is good to have.

- Nice to have Kafka, Redis, and Microservices.

- A desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth environment by taking ownership and delivering the performance.

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and architectural patterns.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6 + Years of Experience in software Development.
