React Tech Lead / React Lead

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Tech Lead to lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, cloud-native deployments, and modern frontend architecture, along with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role involving frontend engineering, cloud deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the architecture and development of scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js

- Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices

- Drive technical decision-making, performance optimization, and maintainability

- Design reusable and scalable component-based systems

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, and responsiveness

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Mentor and guide developers through code reviews and technical discussions

- Conduct architecture reviews and technical planning sessions

- Promote engineering excellence and best development practices

- Collaborate closely with product, QA, backend, and DevOps teams

Cloud & DevOps :

- Lead deployments and infrastructure management on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Work with Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage

- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins

- Ensure application observability, reliability, and security

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and roadmap discussions

- Work closely with backend teams for seamless API integrations

- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality engineering standards
