Role : React/React Native Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented and passionate React/React Native Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile and web applications, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable React and React Native components for cross-platform applications.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user stories and wireframes into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices for maintainability and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure application stability and performance.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and share knowledge within the team.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex user interfaces using React.js and React Native.

- Proven expertise in state management using Redux, including designing and implementing efficient data flows.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, and data structures.

- Solid understanding of mobile and web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in an on-site environment in Chennai.
