Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced React Lead with strong expertise in React.js, frontend architecture, and modern web application development. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership capabilities, hands-on React.js development experience, and the ability to define frontend architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern, scalable web applications using React.js.

- Own frontend architecture decisions and ensure best practices across UI development.

- Develop reusable, responsive, and high-performance frontend components.

- Guide and mentor frontend developers through technical discussions, code reviews, and development practices.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Translate business requirements and designs into reliable frontend applications.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and user experience.

- Implement state management solutions and maintain clean application architecture.

- Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) and integrate frontend applications with CMS platforms.

- Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and frontend engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and delivery management activities.

- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-12 years of experience in frontend development with strong hands-on expertise in React.js.

- Deep understanding of React.js ecosystem including :

3. State Management

4. Performance Optimization

5. Routing

- Strong experience in frontend architecture and application design.

- Expertise in :

1. JavaScript (ES6+)

2. TypeScript

3. HTML5

4. CSS3

5. Responsive Web Development

- Experience with state management libraries such as :

1. Redux

2. Context API

3. MobX or similar

- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and CMS-driven web applications.

- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs/GraphQL services.

- Knowledge of build tools and modern frontend ecosystems :

1. Webpack

2. Babel

3. NPM/Yarn

- Strong understanding of UI performance optimization and browser compatibility.

- Experience following Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience leading frontend engineering teams.

- Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to micro frontend architecture will be an advantage.

- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and secure coding practices.
