Role Overview :

This role offers a pivotal opportunity to architect and develop cutting-edge web applications, translating intricate design mockups and product requirements into high-performance, intuitive user interfaces. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and highly interactive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript for our flagship products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for our customers.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend, to define, design, and ship new features, aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives.

- Optimize application performance and scalability, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to deliver a smooth and efficient user journey across various devices and network conditions.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards to ensure long-term maintainability, reliability, and extensibility of the codebase.

- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high code quality and consistency across the development team.

- Implement robust state management solutions and integrate seamlessly with RESTful APIs to ensure efficient data flow and comprehensive application functionality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building complex web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js, with a strong understanding of their core principles and workflows.

- Solid command of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and its ecosystem, including build tools, module bundlers, and testing frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end architectures that support evolving business needs.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API) and asynchronous programming paradigms.

- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, capable of debugging complex issues and proposing effective, innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience in front-end development.

- Willingness to work on-site in Mangalore, contributing to a collaborative and vibrant team environment.
