React.js Developer - Redux/Javascript

Description :

We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer who is proficient in building high-performance, scalable, and robust front-end applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), front-end architecture, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimise, and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using React.js.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement high-quality user experiences.

- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Use modern front-end workflows including Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, etc.

- Manage state using Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance improvements.

- Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in front-end technologies.

Requirements :

- 5-9 years of experience as a Front-end or React.js Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and the DOM.

- Advanced knowledge of React.js, hooks, functional components, and lifecycle methods.

- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.

- Proficiency with HTML5 CSS3 SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimisation, and security basics.

Good to Have (Optional) :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Knowledge of Next.js or other frameworks.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
