Technical Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing ReactJS and JavaScript-based applications (ES6+).

- Strong expertise in understanding business requirements and building front-end solutions/application architecture using modern technologies and standards.

- Proven experience in conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality and governance processes.

- Proficient in Next.js and Node.js.

- Exposure to AI tools for front-end development.

- Expertise in ReactJS frameworks and concepts (e.g, Components, Props, State, Redux/MobX/Flux, Router, Hooks).

- Experience with JS unit test frameworks like React Testing Library, Jest, and Enzyme (or comparable tools).

- Sound knowledge of REST web services and open API design.

- Familiarity with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, Parcel, ESLint, Flow, and NPM.

Job Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop cross-browser-compliant front-end code.

- Support site rollouts and troubleshoot site issues.

- Build industry and product technical expertise.

- Work closely with customers to understand requirements, conduct feasibility studies, recommend solutions, plan projects, and deliver high-quality code.

- Manage, mentor, and assist team members with technically challenging tasks.

- Conduct code reviews and foster peer reviews in line with industry standards, architecture, object relations, and design patterns.

- Coordinate with design, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of state-of-the-art applications.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Micro Frontend architecture and associated development practices.

- Familiarity with backend systems for API identification and working with GraphQL or similar technologies.

- Exposure to backend systems for solution building and understanding application architecture.

- Experience with DevOps technologies, including containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
