Job Title : React JS Developer (5- 8 Years Experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced React JS Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and related technologies.

You will play a key role in developing responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications using React.js

- Build reusable and modular components to enhance application maintainability and scalability

- Implement responsive UI designs to ensure seamless user experiences across devices

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services

- Manage application state efficiently using Redux or similar state management libraries

- Optimize application performance and improve load times

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces

- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards

- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth application performance

- Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment using CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development

- Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

- Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and Component Lifecycle

- Solid understanding of REST API integration

- Hands-on experience with Redux or other state management tools

- Experience in building responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and reusable component design patterns

- Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD tools

- Good knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices

- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with modern frontend tools and libraries

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Good communication and teamwork skills
