Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer to build modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, UI implementation from design systems (Figma), and front-end performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js

- Build reusable, scalable components and front-end libraries

- Translate Figma designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI

- Collaborate with backend engineers and designers for seamless integration

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance

- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of experience in front-end development

- Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

- Experience with Redux / React Router or similar state management tools

- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs

- Strong UI development skills based on Figma designs

- Experience with Git or version control systems

Nice-To-Have Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript and Node.js

- Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, or modern build tools

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
