Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced React Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The role will involve developing reusable UI components, implementing state management, optimizing frontend performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.

- Build reusable, maintainable, and accessible component-based UI architectures.

- Develop responsive and consistent user interfaces across browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

- Implement effective state management and frontend application architecture.

- Work with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern functional programming patterns.

- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and usability.

- Identify and resolve frontend performance bottlenecks, rendering issues, and browser compatibility problems.

- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and user requirements into high-quality interactive experiences.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code following frontend engineering best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and reusable component libraries.

- Work closely with backend, QA, DevOps, Product, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end features.

- Support application deployment, release, and configuration activities as part of the software delivery lifecycle.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective fixes while maintaining application stability.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in frontend/web development, with strong hands-on experience in React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of React architecture, reusable components, hooks, functional programming patterns, and state management.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with frontend performance optimization, including efficient rendering, component optimization, and asset management.

- Strong understanding of web application architecture and modern frontend development practices.

- Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, deployment, and configuration management practices.

- Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud-based applications.

- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Fintech environments.

- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing practices.
