Role Overview :

We are seeking a React JS Developer with strong fundamentals in frontend development and a passion for building modern, user-friendly applications.

The role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on React experience and are eager to deepen their expertise in advanced concepts, API integrations, and scalable UI architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in requirement analysis and understand client needs

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams for solution design and architecture

- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable UI applications using React JS

- Contribute to and support Proof of Concepts (POCs)

- Test, deploy, and maintain applications

- Enhance and optimize existing frontend solutions

- Prepare technical documentation across the SDLC

- Act as a subject matter contributor and provide ongoing technical support

Required Experience & Skills :

Core Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in :

i. React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS

ii. Exposure to TypeScript, Next.js

iii. Basic knowledge of MongoDB

- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments

- Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset

Frontend Capability Expectations (Positive Framing) :

We are open to candidates who :

- Have practical experience building simple to moderately complex React components/pages

- Are comfortable using React Hooks (useState, useEffect) for state and lifecycle handling

- Are in the process of strengthening skills in :

i. Data handling and CRUD operations

ii. API integration and asynchronous programming

iii. Error handling and debugging techniques

Education & Qualifications :

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science / Engineering

- 5 to 6+ years of overall frontend / web development experience

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills (client interaction required)

- Strong learning agility and adaptability

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently

- Good organizational and problem-solving skills

- Passion for continuous learning and skill development
