Role : React.js Developer

Role Overview :

As a React.js Developer, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the user interfaces for our cutting-edge applications. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code. Your work will directly impact the user experience, ensuring our applications are intuitive, performant, and visually appealing, ultimately driving user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for optimal user experience.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly designs that meet accessibility standards.

- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.

- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient communication with backend systems.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and share knowledge within the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure application stability and performance.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, suggesting and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing user interfaces with React.js and its core principles.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and asynchronous programming.

- Solid experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.

- Ability to consume and integrate with RESTful APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
