Role Overview :

As a Senior React Developer, you will play a key role in building and evolving the frontend platform, contributing to architecture decisions, implementing modular frameworks, and delivering complex, data-driven user experiences.

This role goes beyond feature delivery. You will work closely with the React Lead to implement platform-level patterns, ensure consistency across the codebase, and help scale frontend development as the product grows.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development & Architecture Support :

- Build and maintain scalable React components and modules

- Implement platform-level patterns defined by the React Lead

- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design reviews

- Ensure frontend code aligns with global configuration and framework standards

- Translate product and UX requirements into robust frontend solutions

Modular & Platform-Oriented Engineering :

- Develop reusable components and shared UI libraries

- Work within established modular architectures and extend them thoughtfully

- Support global configurations such as theming, permissions, and feature toggles

- Help ensure extensibility and consistency across product areas

Performance, Quality & Reliability :

- Optimize frontend performance for large, data-heavy applications

- Identify and resolve UI bottlenecks and technical debt

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Collaboration & Mentorship :

- Collaborate with backend and data teams on API integration patterns

- Work closely with designers and product managers on complex workflows

- Mentor interns and junior developers through code reviews and pairing

- Contribute to frontend best practices and team standards

Required Experience & Skills :

Core Frontend Skills :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in frontend development

- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript

- Experience building complex, production-grade web applications

- Solid understanding of component architecture and state management

- Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs

Platform & Systems Thinking :

- Experience working within modular or framework-based frontend systems

- Understanding of global configuration patterns and shared services

- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for React

- Ability to reason about maintainability and scalability, not just features

Collaboration & Growth Mindset :

- Comfortable working in cross-functional engineering teams

- Ability to take ownership of medium-to-large frontend features

- Willingness to mentor and support junior team members
