Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Develop and maintain responsive, performant, and accessible web interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.

- Implement and manage state management solutions using Redux and Redux Toolkit (RTK).

- Build reusable and modular UI components leveraging React Hooks, Context API, and best practices in component lifecycle management.

- Integrate with RESTful APIs using Axios or Fetch, ensuring secure and efficient data handling.

- Implement routing and navigation flows using React Router.

- Optimize application performance through memoization, code-splitting, lazy loading, and other performance-enhancing techniques.

- Write unit tests and ensure code reliability using Jest and React Testing Library.

- Utilize modern build and bundling tools such as Vite, Webpack, and Babel to streamline development and deployment workflows.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect user interfaces.

- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js and TypeScript.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

- Solid understanding of Redux, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and other state management patterns.

- Hands-on experience with React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle methods.

- Good understanding of API integration workflows, asynchronous programming, and error handling.

- Experience in frontend performance optimization techniques and best practices.

- Working knowledge of unit testing frameworks and testing best practices.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in an agile environment.
