As a React UI Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation journey. You will work with a team of talented front-end developers to deliver robust and intuitive user interfaces that enhance our clients' digital banking experience. Your expertise in React.js and front-end development will be crucial in shaping our applications' architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of front-end developers in designing and implementing user interfaces using React.js.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.

- Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in digital banking solutions.

Requirements :

- Proven experience 7+ years as a React.js developer with expertise in building large-scale applications.

- Prior GRC/Banking experience highly desired.

- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
