Job Title : React Native Lead

Location : Remote

Experience : 8+ years

Mode : 6 month contract + ext.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of cross-platform mobile apps using React Native, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

- Translate product stories into clear technical tasks and subtasks, assigning work to team members and providing technical oversight

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver features smoothly and efficiently

- Drive architecture discussions, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices to ensure maintainable and scalable codebases

- Manage technical delivery, break down stories, plan sprints, and manage scope to meet project goals

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of experience building and maintaining apps using React Native

- Proven experience leading a small engineering team and managing technical delivery

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong technical leadership skills, with ability to drive architecture discussions and enforce best practices

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (Git)
