About the Role React Native Lead

As an Engineering Lead, you will be at the forefront of project execution, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect solutions, and guide teams through the entire development lifecycle. You will balance hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership duties, ensuring high-quality deliverables and a motivated team. We value strong engineering fundamentals, architecture skills, and a willingness to learn above everything else.

You should demonstrate :

- Proven experience designing and building mobile applications in iOS and Android

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, React Navigation

- Experience with performance optimization

- Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, Circleci, GitHub Actions)

- Expertise in DB : PostgreSQL (or other SQL databases)

- Cloud : AWS services

- Tools : Git, Github

- Strong debugging skills and code structuring practices

Work Experience Requirements :

6+ years of total experience, with 2+ years of engineering leadership as a team lead or architect

4+ years in mobile development, 2+ years in React Native
