React Native Engineer - iOS/Android Apps

Description :

We are building Bharat's most personalised, culturally rooted astrology app. Our product delivers daily horoscopes, Kundli insights, muhurat planning, and spiritual guidance with a deeply emotional, shareable UX crafted for India's next billion users.

Responsibilities :

- Own architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability for mobile.

- Build animation-rich, devotional-first experiences (Reanimated, Lottie, Skia).

- Drive offline-first capabilities (SQLite, MMKV, caching strategies).

- Partner with product/design to craft beautiful, culturally aligned UI flows

- Collaborate with backend & ML teams to integrate real-time astrology, RAG, and personalisation services.

- Mentor junior engineers; raise the engineering bar on mobile best practices.

- Champion performance monitoring, release stability, A/B tests, and analytics-driven iterations.

Requirements :

- Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, gesture systems, and native bridges.

- Experience in architecting large-scale mobile apps (modularisation, performance tuning).

- Solid understanding of iOS/Android build pipelines, OTA updates, and CI/CD.

- Ability to convert high-emotion UI/UX into pixel-perfect mobile experiences.

- Strong debugging skills for crashes, memory leaks, perf issues, and edge cases.

Bonus Points :

- Built apps with daily rituals (meditation, journaling, devotional).

- Exposure to LLM-based personalisation, ML APIs, or observability tools.
