Job Title : React Native Mobile Application Developer

Experience Required :

- 6 to 10+ years of overall mobile application development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.

Role Overview :

The React Native Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications used in enterprise environments.

- Implement and manage React Native architecture, ensuring clean, modular, and scalable codebases.

- Handle navigation flows, deep linking, and state management using tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.

- Integrate secure authentication mechanisms, including Auth0 and Azure AD, along with secure token storage practices.

- Develop and maintain WebView integrations for third-party platforms such as Paymentus, Lease Manager, and Moved.com.

- Implement push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and Apple Push Notification Service (APNS), including in-app notification centers.

- Work on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) features, including device communication and data exchange.

- Create, customize, or integrate native modules using Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) when React Native capabilities need extension.

- Implement offline caching strategies, graceful error handling, and optimize application performance for reliability and responsiveness.

- Manage App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android) deployments, including versioning, signing, and release processes.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, including logging, monitoring, and crash analytics (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).

- Collaborate closely with Backend, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integration, high-quality releases, and excellent user experience.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, platform-specific constraints, and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with authentication, security best practices, and enterprise-grade mobile architectures.

- Experience working in agile development environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with enterprise clients or large-scale consumer applications.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

- Exposure to accessibility standards and compliance requirements.
