Experience : 46+ years overall, with 24 years of hands-on React Native experience

Role Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced React Native Developer to collaborate closely with an onsite technical lead to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. The role emphasizes feature development, seamless integrations, performance optimization, and supporting end-to-end release cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance mobile application features using React Native.

- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or Zeplin into pixel-perfect mobile interfaces.

- Integrate REST APIs, authentication flows, push notifications, and third-party SDKs.

- Participate in sprint planning, story estimation, and daily sync-ups with the onsite lead.

- Debug issues across platforms and proactively improve application stability.

- Prepare application builds and support QA, UAT, and production releases.

- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in React Native with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.

- Solid understanding of iOS and Android build processes, deployment, and troubleshooting.

- Experience working with native modules and third-party integrations.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with distributed teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring and crash reporting tools.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
