React Native Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer to build and scale a high-performance mobile application used by millions of users daily. This role involves owning the mobile architecture end-to-end, delivering smooth and animation-rich user experiences, and ensuring best-in-class performance, reliability, and stability. You will collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and ML teams to deliver deeply engaging, culturally resonant experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and evolution of a high-performance React Native mobile application.

- Own mobile architecture, code quality, performance optimization, and release reliability.

- Build rich, animation-heavy user experiences using Reanimated, Lottie, Skia, and modern gesture systems.

- Design and implement offline-first capabilities using SQLite, MMKV, and intelligent caching strategies.

- Partner closely with Product and Design teams to deliver pixel-perfect, culturally aligned UI/UX flows.

- Collaborate with Backend and ML teams to integrate real-time services such as astrology engines, RAG systems, and personalization models.

- Drive mobile performance monitoring, crash analytics, and stability improvements.

- Champion A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product iterations.

- Mentor junior engineers and help elevate mobile engineering best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of experience in mobile application development, with deep expertise in React Native.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React fundamentals.

- Hands-on experience with animation and performance-critical mobile interfaces.

- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and scalability.

- Experience working with offline storage, caching, and synchronization strategies.

- Familiarity with mobile analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.

- Experience collaborating in cross-functional, product-driven teams.

- Strong debugging skills and a passion for building delightful, high-quality mobile experiences.
