We are looking for a highly skilled React Native App Developer who is passionate about building engaging, interactive, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in animations, gesture-based interactions, offline-first data handling, audio integrations, and modern state-management patterns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Implement advanced animations and transitions to create delightful user experiences.

- Build highly interactive gesture-based components and features.

- Integrate offline-first databases and synchronization workflows.

- Set up and manage audio cues, effects, and playback systems in the app.

- Design scalable state-management structures for tracking user progress, scores, and app logic.

- Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams.

- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure performance, responsiveness, and reliability.

Must-Have Skills :

1. Animation : React-native-reanimated, Lottie, Shared Element Transitions

2. Gestures & Interactions : React-native-gesture-handler, Drag & Drop, Swipeable Lists, Interactive learning components

3. Data Handling (Offline-First) : WatermelonDB, Realm, Offline-first architecture, Syncing strategies

4. Audio Implementation : react-native-sound, expo-av, Audio sprites

5. State Management : Zustand, Redux Toolkit, MobX (optional)

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with TypeScript

- Experience with Expo ecosystem

- Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile apps (Fastlane, EAS)

- Understanding of performance tuning and app release cycles

- Past experience working on ed-tech, gaming, or interactive apps

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

- Strong portfolio of apps with animation-heavy or interaction-focused features.
