Role Overview :

We are looking for a React Lead to lead the development of cutting-edge trading interfaces and mobile applications. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-performance, real-time systems while mentoring a team and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend development of trading platforms using React and React Native.

- Architect and implement real-time dashboards, financial visualizations, and mobile trading apps.

- Collaborate with product managers, backend developers, and UI/UX designers in an agile environment.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting regular code reviews.

- Optimize applications for high-frequency real-time data updates across devices.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of frontend development experience with at least 3+ years in React ecosystem and 2+ years in React Native.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES2022+), TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query.

- Expertise in real-time integrations (WebSocket, GraphQL, REST APIs).

- Experience with financial dashboards, trading platforms, or high-performance applications preferred.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage/mentor a development team.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
