React.js/React Native Engineer - Web & Mobile Applications

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and customer requirements to design optimal technical solutions using ReactJS and React Native.

- Actively participate in technical and UX design discussions and contribute to documentation.

- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code for both web and mobile applications.

- Implement responsive design principles and ensure mobile-first development practices.

- Ensure application security, performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Take ownership of application deployment, rollout, maintenance, and ongoing support.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.

- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and product quality.

- Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in building web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native.

- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach and clarity of thinking.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and related tools is a plus.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to backend technologies and DevOps practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
