Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced React.JS + Next.JS Manager to lead our front-end development team. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on technical skills with proven leadership experience to build, optimize, and scale modern web applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of 1015 front-end developers.

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.JS and Next.JS.

- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.

- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

- Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues efficiently.

- Stay updated with latest front-end frameworks and tools.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.

- Strong expertise in React.JS, Redux, Next.JS, and Component-based Architecture (JSX).

- Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Storybook, and TypeScript.

- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and object models.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON Web Tokens (JWT).

- Experience with front-end tools: Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong understanding of TypeScript and modern React workflows (Flux / Redux).

- Experience with Git or other version control systems.

- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS.

- Experience delivering high-performance, accessible front-end solutions.
